Indianapolis-Photographer

Hi Friends! I'm Lori.

I'm so glad you are here.

I'm an Indianapolis based Portrait Photographer. I believe everyone should have beautiful printed portraits to be passed down for generations to come. I’ve searched my whole life for my passion and here, capturing women and their families is what gives me joy.

I want you to have photographs of yourself that you look and feel amazing in - photographs that show your family connection and that makes your heart skip a beat every time you see them in your home - photographs that go beyond keeping a record of yourself and the people in your life.

Each of us has our own beauty, and seldom do we see in ourselves what others see. I want you to see how beautiful you are and I will create a unique experience that is yours alone.

Love and celebrate who you are right now for the people that love you.

I work to create a unique experience that is yours alone. My portrait sessions begin with a personal consultation to help customize your portrait experience.

Portrait sessions lasts 2 hours giving plenty of time for you to relax in front of the camera, to share your story, and to create a variety of looks with multiple outfit changes.

Having struggled with my self-image all my life, I understand the pain of not wanting to be in front of a camera! But then you risk not ever having photographs of yourself that you love. Also I realized the importance of having someone that knows how to light and pose you makes a world of difference compared to that quick cell phone selfie. Everyone should have images they love and that they can pass down as a cherished family heirloom.

When my grandmother passed away, the first thing I wanted to do was look at every photograph of her that I could find. Photos made me feel connected to her in a way that no other object could and I loved how they documented her long and full life. Her photographs served as a window to her past that I was able to look through to remember her after she was gone. I wished that I had better photos of her in those final years… and that's when the importance of photography really hit me. I've made it my mission to serve women and their families with printed photographs that will tell their stories years after they can't.

I want to freeze your story in time  - so that one day when your loved ones start searching for portraits of you, they will see just how amazing and wonderful you were and that photograph will be priceless to them.
